The solution:
SALT designed a playbook consisting of brand guidelines for activations, events, and other hospitality-related experiences.
Playing around the theme "Locally Vocal", SALT set benchmarks for food pairings, incorporation of big flavours, seasonality of campaigns, local sourcing of ingredients and suppliers, and tiered experiences, which all tie in to changing the Martini image from "everyman" to the "aspirational provocateur".
