SALT’s Solution.

After CNBC and SALT’s successful production of East Tech West in China, we came together again to create a VIP experience like no other.

SALT established a luxury apartment off the promenade in Davos as the ‘CNBC Suite’; a Michelin star dining room serving lunch and dinner across four days with a menu designed and produced by acclaimed Chef Alyn Williams. Using locally sourced Swiss produce and wine, the menu was designed through a sustainable lens, whether it was the Klosters River Trout, or whey-fed mountain Pork, Chef Alyn was able to translate an ethos of sustainability that was unsurpassed in Davos.
